Travel Tips
* CHILDREN - Minors traveling with only
one parent or adults other than the parents to many international destinations
must have a notarized letter from the absent parent(s) authorizing them
to be taken out of the country. If the parent is deceased, a copy of
the death certificate will be required at the airport before departure.
-
PACK SOME ZZZs - It's important to
get plenty of sleep in the week preceding your trip. If you begin
the trip with a "sleep debt," then add some time-zone
changes, you could find yourself nodding off at times when you want
to be most alert - such as during a business meeting or when riding
a tour bus.
-
LONG DISTANCE FLIGHTS - While on a
long plane ride, try to work in a bit of exercise when it would
be daytime in your destination city. Stand in the aisle and touch
your toes. Walk around the cabin. Roll you head from side to side.
Rotate your ankles. If you plane makes a stop, and time allows,
deplane and take a brisk walk through the terminal.
